With Our Parent Company, Lonca: As Shopwell is a subsidiary of Lonca, we share information extensively with Lonca to provide our integrated services. Lonca acts as our primary data processor for all operational functions, including warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer support. This sharing is essential to the functioning of our end-to-end service model.

With Sellers and Buyers: We share information between Buyers and Sellers as necessary to facilitate a transaction. For example, we provide Lonca (acting on the Seller’s behalf) with the Buyer’s shipping information for fulfillment. We display a Seller’s brand/store name to Buyers.

With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, cloud hosting (e.g., Amazon Web Services), data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and email delivery.
