You are responsible for ensuring your products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit to our warehouse. In the event of damage or loss by the carrier, you must file a claim directly with your shipping provider. Once the inventory is received and accepted by our warehouse, we take responsibility for its safety.

What is the process for replenishing stock?

When your inventory runs low, you can create a new shipping plan from your Vendor Dashboard to send more units to our warehouse. We recommend sending new inventory well before you run out of stock to avoid any gaps in availability.

How can I track my inventory levels?

You can view real-time inventory levels for all your products in the “Inventory Management” section of your Vendor Dashboard. You will see how many units are available for sale, reserved for orders, or being processed.

What are the requirements for product labeling and barcodes (FNSKU)?

Every individual unit sent to our warehouse must have a Shopwell-specific barcode, known as an FNSKU, applied to its packaging. This unique identifier allows us to track your inventory accurately. You can generate these labels from your Vendor Dashboard when preparing a shipment.

How to prepare and ship your inventory to the Lonca U.S. warehouse.

Properly preparing your inventory is crucial. You must ensure that: 1) Each unit is securely packaged and has a unique barcode (FNSKU). 2) Products are packed into master cartons that are properly labeled. 3) You follow all shipping and customs instructions provided by your Lonca representative.
