Can I exchange an item?
Last Updated: July 21, 2025At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The best way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a full refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Last Updated: July 21, 2025We are so sorry for the error! Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work quickly to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Last Updated: July 21, 2025Once our U.S. warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.
Who pays for return shipping?
Last Updated: July 21, 2025If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns (e.g., you changed your mind), the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
How do I start a return for an item?
Last Updated: July 21, 2025To start a return, please visit your ‘Order History’ page, select the order containing the item you wish to return, and click the “Start a Return” button. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive your return shipping label and instructions.
What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as personalized products or final sale items, may not be eligible for return.
