If you cannot find the answer to your question in our Help Center, you can contact our dedicated Vendor Support team. You can submit a support ticket directly through your Vendor Dashboard for the fastest response.

What happens if my account is suspended or deactivated?

Accounts may be suspended for violations of our Terms of Use or Product Policies. If your account is suspended, you will be notified of the reason and given an opportunity to appeal the decision. During suspension, your products will not be for sale and payouts may be held.

As a vendor, you are responsible for ensuring your products and content do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks. If we receive a valid infringement complaint, we will remove the listing. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated. Refer to our Terms of Use for details.
